Do I need to check in if I reserved a study room, and can I comeback 10 minutes after the start time?

No check in needed. Make sure you confirm the reservation via your GCC email. It is ok to come in after reservation, but if you do not arrive 15 minutes within your start time, the reservation could be over-ridden/canceled if there is a high demand for study rooms or requested by another student.
